Terms and Conditions
As a Refer A Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Gateway Bridge Educational Consultancy's Terms and Conditions.

The following Terms & Conditions for  Gateway Bridge Educational Consultancy's refer A Friend Program:

*Qualified Referral.
A Qualified Referral is defined as a successful engagement client by a person (a "Referred Customer") who wants to study overseas.

*Referred Client.
The Referred Client and the Referrer cannot be the same person . The Referred Client has to be a NEW CLIENT who has never contacted Gateway Bridge before. We reserve the right to automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.

*Referral Rewards.
For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Client must become an official client of Gateway Bridge Educational Consultancy.

*Reward Payments.
Rewards are payable per successful engaged client . P8,000.00 Php will be paid per successful referral.

*Eligibility:
Eligibility is for individuals only who have registered their names in our referral program.

The "Referred client" must pay the whole amount of the engagement fee before claiming.  As a "Referrer" you can only claim the reward once the referred client paid in full. There is no time frame for this. 

*No Spam.
You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of this Refer A Friend Program.

*Right to Close Accounts.
Gateway Bridge Educational Consultancy reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Client and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Refer A Friend Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

*Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms.
Gateway Bridge Educational Consultancy reserves the right to cancel our Refer A Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

*Promo Period From August 1, 2024 until  August 31,2024.  Any previous promotions are no longer entertained. 

*As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards
